What I think about

How AI agents move from chat toys to operators that handle real work for real owners. The substrate problem: agents need identity, money, comms, and hosting before they can be useful. Most current "AI in the business" work is glued onto SaaS UIs that weren't designed for agents — there's a much better stack waiting to be built.

How I work

Default to shipping. Prefer cheap, durable infrastructure over hype. Take the boring path that compounds.
